Experience: Prior to commencing at Proclaim, Maria spent 4 years working as a Casualty Claims Specialist at Chubb Insurance. Before that, Maria worked in the Industrial Relations department of a national transport company, accepting this position immediately post-completion of her law degree at the University of Melbourne. Likes: shopping (of course), cooking (I'm Italian), wine (ditto), my babies (I see my DNA in them every day), music (a talent I wish I had). Dislikes: lack of motivation and those who won't go that extra mile for good customer service. Creed: if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right. |
