Experience: After completing an arts degree, Michelle had a varied working background including that of pharmacy assistant, Kids Club Co-ordinator on South Molle Island, cosmetic counter Manager and qualified teacher until finding her true passion in Human Resources. She has worked for a range of organisations including David jones, Medibank Private and 3 Mobile. Michelle brings to Proclaim experience as a Learning and Development and Organisation and Development consultant and facilitator in areas of leadership and capability development, OD initiatives and change management, coaching, customer service, sales and generalist HR support in order to grow individuals and increase organisational effectiveness. Likes: Quality time spent with my family and friends, Mediterranean food, sleeping in (a rarity these days with a toddler in the house), finding inspiration in cook books, 80s and alternative music, travel (so many places, so little time) Dislikes: Witnessing people filing their nails or brushing their hair in public, moodiness, stew.
