Experience: Glenn is a qualified solicitor who was admitted to practice in 2010 after completing a Law degree at the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Proclaim, Glenn has had experience working in commercial litigation in Singapore and Australia. 

Likes: Spending time with friends and family, relaxing and kicking back, wicked humour and sunny days.

Dislikes: Insensitivity and unreasonableness.

Experience: Jacinta is a qualified lawyer and also holds a business degree majoring in International Trade. Prior to joining Proclaim, Jacinta worked in an in-house role for an airline and has also worked in a community legal centre.  

Likes: Travelling, sunshine, spending time with family and friends, visiting new places. 

Dislikes: Arrogance, people that are unnecessarily rude, dishonesty, cruelty to animals.  

Creed: There is always someone worse off than yourself.

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Jacqui lived in Ottawa, Canada for two years barracking for the Ottawa Senators (ice hockey team) and travelling extensively through North America. Her background has been primarily in insurance claims in private practice. Jacqui completed an Arts/Law degree at La Trobe University and was admitted to practice in 2003. 

Likes: Travelling, exercising, spending time with family and friends, good restaurants. 

Dislikes: Arrogance, bad coffee and casseroles.

Role: Chief Financial Officer, Melbourne

Experience: Jo holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a qualified CPA. Prior to working for Proclaim Jo worked primarily in the corporate hospitality sector, and has extensive experience in statutory legal and taxation compliance, financial accounting and analysis, and budgetary and month end reporting.

Likes: Spending time with my kids (and husband of course), eating out (and in) with friends, cooking and good wine, playing golf with the family (because I’m not good enough to play with others), swimming and reading books that you can't put down.

Dislikes: Bad manners, arrogance, and insincerity.

Creed: Always treat others as you want to be treated.

Role: Founder and Managing Director of Proclaim

Experience: Prior to establishing Proclaim, Jonathon was the National Claim Manager and General Counsel for Chubb Insurance. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate in insurance litigation at lawyers Dunhill Madden Butler (now Deacons) in Melbourne.

Likes: Fun with the family, Saints(especially when they are winning) , music(especially Teenage Fanclub), Coffee, Art, Vlado’s steak with horseradish, any book by Dave Eggers or Nick Hornby.

Dislikes: Those who can’t see the wood for the trees!
