Experience: Justin worked for Chubb Insurance for over five years with experience in claims, marketing and underwriting. Justin has a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, Bachelor of Business from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma of Insurance from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Likes: Anything in the outdoors.

Dislikes: Being categorised as a "Veteran" in the various sporting events he competes in.

Role: Liability Account Manager, Melbourne

Experience: :  Jayne has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts and was admitted into practice in 2004.  Prior to joining Proclaim, she was Associate to Deputy President Forgie at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and worked in private practice in Darwin and in Melbourne.  She has also worked in London and volunteered at the Darwin Community Legal Service and also at the Welfare Rights Centre.

Likes: keeping active, gymnastics, entertaining/dinner parties, animals, travel, learning different languages, camping and adventure activities.

Dislikes: cruelty to animals, dishonesty and over-crowded trains

Role: Liability Account Manager, Sydney

Experience: Laika holds a combined Communications (Journalism) /Law degree and is also a qualified Solicitor. Prior to joining Proclaim, Laika was prosecuting social security fraud defendants as a Case Officer within the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency Branch, of the Sydney Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. She has also worked at various small legal firms and undertaken voluntary work for the Law Society of New South Wales, Australian Taxation Office and the Macquarie Legal Centre.

Likes:Socialising, lattes, great friends and making people smile and laugh.

Dislikes: Ignorant and obnoxious people, milk chocolate and beef.
