Experience: Qualified as a solicitor in England in 2005, and was called to the Bar in England in 2007. Also spent 6 years handling industrial disease claims prior to moving to Melbourne.  

Likes: Experiences, history, biography, philosophy, the arts, dining out, sunshine and all of life's other pleasures.

Dislikes: Ignorance, rudeness and disappointment

Role: Account Manager, Melbourne (Part-time)

Experience: Lane is a qualified solicitor who was admitted in 2002 after completing Law/Arts at Melbourne University.  Prior to starting at Proclaim, Lane worked primarily in commercial litigation at a boutique Melbourne law firm and then in a Migration Practice specialising in business visas.   She also spent some time in London with Mayer Brown Rowe and Moore working as a paralegal in the litigation department.

Likes: Organic food and wine, nature, travel, time with friends & family, and Yogi the cat.

Dislikes: Bad manners, litter

Role: Accident & Health  Account Manager, Sydney

Experience: Barbora joined Proclaim after a maternity leave. Her experience includes position of senior claims assessor at Corporate Services Network where she handled Expatriate & Corporate Travel Claims for Macquarie Bank, McDonalds, Kraft Foods, Motorola and Sinclair Knights.

Barbora also handled  loss of income claims for David Jones and American Express direct marketing claims.

Prior to joining the Proclaim she was part of the management team at 360’ Bar and Dining supervising 30 staff. She holds overseas Master Degree in teaching.

Likes: Outdoors with my family; Sport; Trips to anywhere...

Role: Liability Account Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Susan worked at Health Legal, a boutique law firm specialising in the health sector. Susan’s first career was as a nurse, originally in haematology and later in projects. During this time she completed an Arts Law degree and diploma of Modern Languages. 

Likes: Jumping on a horse, the beach -in any season, Rodin.

Dislikes: Brussel sprouts.

Creed: Smell the roses.

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Jillian was admitted to practise in 1998. Jillian worked in the litigation department of Deacons (now Norton Rose) for a number of years before taking a role as in-house counsel for a cleanin company. Jillian previously started with Proclaim in 2004 before leaving to have children.  

Likes: Bushwalking, cycling, motorcycling, the beach, and catching up with friends.  

Dislikes: Arrogance, whinging children and onions.
