Experience: Prior to commencing at Proclaim, Maria spent 4 years working as a Casualty Claims Specialist at Chubb Insurance. Before that, Maria worked in the Industrial Relations department of a national transport company, accepting this position immediately post-completion of her law degree at the University of Melbourne.

Likes: shopping (of course), cooking (I'm Italian), wine (ditto), my babies (I see my DNA in them every day), music (a talent I wish I had).

Dislikes: lack of motivation and those who won't go that extra mile for good customer service.

Creed: if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing right.

Role: Administration Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim Jorja worked in a small bookkeeping firm. Two years on, Jorja moved to Gallagher Bassett where she worked as the office administrator before being sub-contracted out to the Exxon Mobil part time in their workcover department. After 18 months as the Administration Assistant at Proclaim, Jorja was promoted to Administration Manager.

Likes: Going out with friends, Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, road trips, watching horror movies.

Dislikes: Being home alone after watching horror movies, seafood, regrowth, public transport, people that can't walk in a straight line.

Creed: Go hard or go home.

Role: Insurance Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Richard is a qualified solicitor admitted in New Zealand.  Prior to joining Proclaim, he also worked as a London bartender, an English teacher in Japan, a Clerk of Committee in NZ Parliament, an English public servant and a fitter’s mate.

Likes: Travel in the third world, rugby, watching cricket, mountains and stormy seas.

Dislikes: narrow-mindedness.

Creed: nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Role: National Accident & Health Claim Manager, Sydney

Experience: Prior to coming to Proclaim Russell worked as an Operations Director for the Corporate Services Network, Regional Claims Manager, Asia Pacific ACE Insurance Limited, Australasian Customer Service Manager for ACE Insurance Limited/Cigna Insurance Limited, Claims Manager for Insurance Company of North America/Cigna Insurance Limited and Claims Supervisor for GRE Insurance Limited.

Likes: Having fun with my family especially my Grandson Joshua, watching AFL Football (especially St.Kilda), watching the Cricket, walking along the beach and good wine.

Dislikes: People with big egos.

Creed: Inside every older Person is a younger person wondering what happened.

Experience: Jeremy is a qualified lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to working at Proclaim, Jeremy worked at Stephens Lawyers and Consultants. Prior to that he interned at Carter Leylard and Milburn in New York.

Likes: Going out, music (eclectic tastes, inc. Jay-Z, Bach, Miles Davies, Frank Sinatra), spending time with family and friends, community involvement, reading.

Dislikes: The easy path.
