Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Ray had finished his Bachelors in applied science (property) from RMIT & worked with RAC (WA) & Zurich Insurance (Vic) as a claims specialist and claims advisor respectively- moving from Domestic to Commercial & ISR claims in the process. Ray is currently studying a Master of Science in Analytics and minoring in Finance.

Likes: Going out with family and friends. Melbourne Storm in the NRL, Melbourne Rebels in Super 15 Rugby (Toss up with Queensland Reds), Arsenal in the EPL, all Kenyan National teams.

Dislikes: Pumpkins.

Experience: Rhiannon completed her Arts (Legal Studies) Degree at La Trobe University in 2008 and has been with Proclaim for over 3 years. Prior to joining Proclaim, Rhiannon worked as a Pharmacy Assistant.

Likes: Carlton Football Club, fishing, canoeing, netball, animals, day spas, rest and relaxation.

Dislikes: Bugs and spiders, obnoxious and arrogant people, illness and disease, toes.

Role: Insurance Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Richard is a qualified solicitor admitted in New Zealand.  Prior to joining Proclaim, he also worked as a London bartender, an English teacher in Japan, a Clerk of Committee in NZ Parliament, an English public servant and a fitter’s mate.

Likes: Travel in the third world, rugby, watching cricket, mountains and stormy seas.

Dislikes: narrow-mindedness.

Creed: nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Role: Administration Assistant, Melbourne

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Ryan completed his VCE then went to Deakin University doing a Diploma in Computing full time. After finishing and taking some time off, he completed a Certificate III in Business Administration. 

Likes: Music, cricket, footy- The Mighty Bombers, parties, pubs, being with mates, sleeping in and weekends.

Dislikes: Arrogance, waking up early, heights.

Creed: "Life's too short to hold grudges"

Experience: Undertaking a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Applied Finance at Macquarie University, Steven spent his final semester in 2012 studying law at Uppsala University in Sweden.  When he wasn’t living overseas, Steven held a part time paralegal role at Berry Buddle Wilkins Lawyers working within the firm’s insurance litigation team.

Likes: Travelling, rugby union – Hurricanes and All Blacks, golf, touch football, Triple J, and chocolate milk.

Dislikes: Cauliflower, public transport, broken elevators and laziness.
