Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Dianne was a Senior Paralegal in the Insurance Litigation Division of Phillips Fox Lawyers, Sydney. Dianne also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney.

Likes: Lazing by the beach, travel, good food and wine, shopping!

Dislikes: Those who give no consideration for human rights, and cricket!

Creed:  Live lift to the fullest becuase life is short!

Role: Claims Technical Assistant, Corporate, Melbourne

Experience: Erica is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Latrobe University.

Likes: Summer, spending time with friends and family, swimming, playing tennis, Collingwood Football Club and yummy food.

Dislikes: Spiders, driving in the city, sushi and people waking me up in the morning.

Role: Corporate Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Evie worked at a leasing company. Evie completed a Law/Arts degree at La Trobe University and was admitted into the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008.

Likes: Spending time with loved ones and her beautiful dog and cat, long distance running and exercise,  music, fine dining, and passionate aboute the mighty Collingwood football club. Go Pies!

Dislikes: Ginger (yuck!), inconsiderate and rude people, spiders, the Carlton Football Club.

Role: Liability Account Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Francis, originally from Toronto, Canada, completed his Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours at Monash University in 2011. In 2012, he will be admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Concurrent with his role at Proclaim, he is also a Deputy College Head at Halls of Residence, Monash University.

Likes: Spending time with loved ones, a good workout, protein

Dislikes: Tardiness, furry spiders (you know a spider means business when it has visible hair!)      

Creed: Laughter is the best medicine.

Role: Property Manager, Melbourne

Experience: Geoff comes to Proclaim with a little over 20 years experience working in claims and the insurance industry. Geoff has worked as a Claims Officer, Loss Adjuster, Broker and Risk Manager on a variety of classes of insurance. In his last 10 years in the industry, Geoff has concentrated on ISR claims.

Likes: Being with family and friends, travelling- particularly in my van, snorkelling and mother nature. In sport, Geoff follows Carlton in the AFL, Storm in the NRL, Victoria or Melbourne in all other Aussie sports, Hiroshima Carps in the Baseball and Australia in everything.

Dislikes: Pollution and false people. Say it to me.
