Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim, Evie worked at a leasing company called the LeaseWise Group. Evie completed a Law/Arts degree at La Trobe University.
Likes: Exercising as much as humanely possible, spending time with family and friends, weekends, her cat, music and most of all AFL in particular the mighty Pies.
Dislikes: Ginger (yuk!)

Paul Bradley
Role: Liability Account Manager
Experience: Prior to joining the team at Proclaim Paul worked for several years at Australia Post in various roles and has worked as a Paralegal with Middletons Lawyers and Clayton Utz. Paul has Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is currently undertaking postgraduate study, also at Monash University. Paul is a volunteer at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre and serves on the Board of Management for Options Victoria Inc.
Likes: Richmond Football Club.
Dislikes: Collingwood FC.
Creed: “Utrinque paratus Nec aspera terrent” translates to “I am ready for anything difficulties be damned”.
Rhiannon Bradshaw
Role: Administration Assistant, Melbourne
Experience: Prior to joining Proclaim Rhiannon worked as a pharmacy assistant. Rhiannon is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Legal Studies at La Trobe University.
Likes: Reading, netball, pets, photography, canoeing and anything outdoors.
Dislikes: Arrogance, dark chocolate, selfishness.
Creed: “Knock on the sky and listen to the sound”.
Role: Founder and Managing Director of Proclaim
Experience: Prior to establishing Proclaim, Jonathon
was the National Claim Manager and General Counsel for Chubb Insurance.
Prior to that he was a Senior Associate in insurance litigation
at lawyers Dunhill Madden Butler (now Deacons) in Melbourne.
Likes: Fun with the family, Saints(especially
when they are winning) , music(especially Teenage Fanclub), Coffee,
Art, Vlado’s steak with horseradish, any book by Dave Eggers
or Nick Hornby.
Dislikes: Those who can’t see the wood
for the trees!
Creed: On beyond zebra!
Jo Carrazzo
Role: Accountant, Melbourne
Experience: Jo holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and is a qualified CPA. Prior to working for Proclaim Jo worked primarily in the corporate hospitality sector, and has extensive experience in statutory legal and taxation compliance, financial accounting and analysis, and budgetary and month end reporting.
Likes: Spending time with my kids (and husband of course), eating out (and in) with friends, cooking and good wine, playing golf with the family (because I’m not good enough to play with others), swimming and reading books that you can't put down.
Dislikes: Bad manners, arrogance, and insincerity.
Creed: Always treat others as you want to be treated.
Daniela Cristea
Role: Liability Account Manager, Melbourne
Experience: Daniela is a qualified solicitor who was admitted in South Australia in 2006. Prior to relocating to Melbourne, Daniela worked within the Financial Transactions division of Cowell Clarke Commercial Lawyers in Adelaide. As well as a degree in Law (Honours) Daniela has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Likes: Good food, good wine and good company.
Dislikes: Early mornings, spinach and lime cordial (fresh lime all the way!)
Creed: The only time you run out of chances is when you stop taking them.
Role: Liability Account Manager, Brisbane
Experience: Kate is a qualified
lawyer and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute. Prior to joining
Proclaim, Kate worked at Minter Ellison Lawyers for
7 years in the Insurance & Risk
Management Practice Group. Prior to that Kate spent 6 yrs with
QBE Insurance managing liability claims and underwriting.
Likes: My
boys and family; beach holidays; wine; and sport
Dislikes: People asking if I wish I'd had a girl; rude people.
