Proclaim Develops DVD
Question: How to solve a problem for a client who needed training across over 100 Shopping Centres and who have a constantly changing set of employees who need to understand the correct way to respond to a customer incident?
In conjunction with two of our clients, Centro and Spotless, Proclaim developed a 20 minute DVD to train staff on the importance of a good customer response, using a light hearted training DVD that stars Kym Gyngell of “Colin Carpenter” fame.
The DVD is now used as part of induction programs and can be used more widely to help any company train their staff on the right way to respond to customer incidents, and what information a claim manager needs to do their job effectively.
