Russell Walker joined Proclaim in September 2007 to further build our capability in accident, travel and disablement claims.  Russell brings a wealth of accident and disablement claims experience to Proclaim, having worked in Senior Management roles at Cigna/ Ace and then more recently at CSN.   Russell will be located in the Sydney office of Proclaim but will also work closely with our Melbourne and Brisbane teams and their clients.

Russell’s mandate is to build a streamlined claim process using web based applications that will provide the most efficient and cost effective process for insurers and their customers.
