Claims Management Consulting Services

We can work with companies and their underwriters to review existing claim procedures. Where an insured is dealing with customer complaints we can work with them to design an effective claim process, one that ensures claims are handled correctly and consistently from first notification through to settlement. We can also review a combination of your systems, staffing and procedures to provide recommendations for future claim handling.

The fundamental problem facing companies with large numbers of claims, particularly third party claims, is loss development. Unless losses are handled correctly from the moment they arise - which includes having a working reserving process - companies will continue to see losses escalate well after the policy period may have expired.
